Warranty Information

WildAir warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects. Each product is covered by a manufacturers warranty.

Note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

    1. Normal wear and tear;
    2. Modifications / alterations;
    3. Damage caused by accident;
    4. Negligence;
    5. Improper care;
    6. Breakdown of colours and materials due to sun exposure;
    7. Damage from dogs or small children; and
    8. Use for any other purpose than the product was intended to be used.

If purchased through an authorised retailer, you may wish to first attempt to return/exchange through the retailer. However, all warranty issues accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.

Submitting a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim please send the following information to info@wildairoutdoors.com.au

  1. Purchase date and details
  2. Your current postal address
  3. Description of the fault
  4. Photos showing the product and fault (if submitting a warranty for a pair of Bedrock Sandals or Mountain Clogs, be sure to include a photo of the sole)

One received, we will complete an initial assessment and be in touch with next steps. 

Before a repair or onetime replacement can be issued, items must be returned to WildAir following the initial assessment. WildAir will not pay for inbound shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments.

Please allow up to two weeks (10 business days) from the date that we receive the product(s) for repairs or onetime replacement to be issued. If a product colour is not available at the time of replacement, WildAir reserves the right to substitute a new colour should your chosen colour be unavailable. If this is the case, you will be contacted to discuss this further.
